Making Healing Accessible

 These sessions are offered on a sliding scale, so you can select the rate that feels right for you, honoring both your wellness and your means.


Take a sacred pause in your day with a gentle, restorative acupuncture session, designed for real-life rhythms and nervous system reset. You’ll be relaxing on cushioned mats on the floor, surrounded by soft light, soothing sounds, and shared healing energy in a cozy communal space. 

 

This midday offering is perfect for your lunch break , a chance to lay back, breathe deeply, and receive care. You may notice stress melting away, tension easing, and your energy softly recalibrating.


It’s also a powerful tool for students juggling mental focus, academic stress, and the demands of daily life.  Acupuncture can help support clarity, reduce overwhelm, and keep your nervous system balanced so you can stay sharp, calm, and present.


What is Community Acupuncture

Community sessions are simple and affordable care treatments.  You’ll be relaxing on cushioned mats on the floor in a serene, shared space with soft lighting and calming music.  You will be fully clothed, while personalized gentle acupuncture points are used to help restore balance and support your healing.


While community acupuncture is ideal for stress, pain, digestion, sleep, hormonal balance, and emotional wellness, more complex or chronic conditions are best supported in a private session where deeper one-on-one care and dialogue can take place.

How to Prepare

 Please wear comfy clothes that allow access to arms and legs, shoes and socks will be off.  After a 5 minute check in, you will be resting on a comfortable mat during treatment for about 40 minutes.
