Hey, I’m Dr. Sarah, a board-certified acupuncturist with over 15 years clinical experience. I founded Acupuncture St. Augustine because I believe everyone deserves access to high-quality holistic care.
I earned my degree at Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA, completed my advanced clinical training in Hangzhou, China, and have run successful practices in California and Rhode Island before moving to St. Augustine with my family.
Outside of my practice, I’m a mom, a yoga and fitness enthusiast, a lover of the arts, and someone who finds constant inspiration in nature, community, and the human body. My patients say I’m approachable, warm, a little funny, and deeply thorough.

I built my practice on the foundation that we’re treating the whole: mind, body, and spirit. Real healing requires targeting the whole person, not just the symptoms. How I approach healing
Every patient who walks through my door gets my full attention and a completely personalized treatment plan. I start by really listening to what’s going on, getting the full picture of your health, from your history to your symptoms to your lifestyle and goals.
For your treatment plan, I pull from my toolkit of acupuncture, Gua Sha, herbal medicine, lifestyle guidance, and more. I blend the precision of Traditional Chinese Medicine with integrative approaches to give my clients the best of both worlds.
